About the Internship
The Niam Credit team is seeking a full-time Intern to join our Stockholm office for 20 weeks starting fall 2026. This role is ideal for university students who are passionate about real estate and finance and want to gain insight to our work. You will work closely with both junior and senior team members in a high pace, professional investment and business development environment. Your tasks will vary and contribute directly to our business.
The internship runs full-time, alongside your studies, and offers hands-on exposure to Credit Acquisitions and Asset Management in a professional and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Niam Credit Acquisitions and Asset Management Intern, you will support the team with:
- Assisting in building financial models and conducting detailed analysis to support transactions and market research
- Supporting underwriting processes and contributing to risk assessment work
- Aiding in the preparation and drafting of investment and investor related presentation and memos
- Aiding in monitoring portfolio performance, including tracking key KPIs and operational metrics
- Ad hoc analytical and administrative tasks
Your Profile
We are looking for talented and motivated students who:
- Are ideally studying MSc programme, or third year of the BSc programme with strong academic records
- Have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, attention to detail and enjoy crunching numbers whilst having an analytical and strategic mindset
- Are a driven team player with ability to work independently in a proactive manner
- Are confident yet humble and understand the value of building good long-term relationships
- Can maintain a strong focus on execution excellence across all tasks and deliverables
- Have good knowledge of PowerPoint, Word and Excel as well as excellent written and spoken skills in English
