About the Role
You will be a part of the Capital Formation and Investor Relations Team and have extensive interaction and collaboration with the entire organization. You will also work closely with investors to assess demand as well as participate in many events during the fund life cycle. You will also be responsible for ensuring internal decisions happen in a timely manner by working closely with internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Investor Reporting: Coordinate regular performance updates, financial reports, and data analysis
- Due Diligence: Answer Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) from prospective and current investors
- Relationship Management: Maintain CRM databases and coordinate responses to day-to-day investor inquiries
- Fundraising Support: Create fund marketing material, assist with meeting preparation and managing post-meeting deliverables
- Market Research: Track macroeconomic trends, competitor performance, and real assets market dynamics
Your Profile
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience from the financial services industry, preferably within investor relations, fund management, or a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or a related field
- Strong strategic and analytical abilities as well as a “hands on” approach, attention to details, relationship-building personality with good social and collaboration skills
- Are driven team player with the ability to work independently in a proactive manner while maintaining a strategic mindset
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and preferably CRM or investor portals, fluent in English.
